All items are described to the best of my ability. If an item is factory sealed we do not open to test therefore it is sold AS-IS. If an item is opened we inventory the parts and test and makes sure it is in working condition,unless otherwise specified. Some items we are unable to test, due to the sheer quantities or lack of means. When and if an item has to be returned the return shipping is paid by the BUYER!
ITEMS HAVE TO BE RETURNED IN THE SAME CONDITION AS RECEIVED.   There is a 20% restocking fee.
